"Pharrell teamed up with Gwen Stefani (who sings the hook) to create this solid joint. I wish Stefani wasn't on this at all, but she only speaks like 5 words, so that wasn't much of the problem. Pharrell raps sound just like the ones he did back in the days when he would team up with Tha Clipse to make hot tracks. The highlight of this song however is the beat, which is plain fire (rumours say this was the one that Diddy and Nas had a 2-million-dollar bidding war over)."
